We receive many emails asking us “How much does it cost to build a new home?” The cost of a new home varies widely, and the total cost of a new home is made up of five separate components. Therefore, for us to provide a meaningful and accurate budget price requires more information than is typically provided in an initial email. If you are looking for an accurate and honest budget price, indicate so on the questionnaire, complete with your phone number (home, cell, or work), and we will give you a call. Please note that Rockhaven Homes provides budget pricing only by personal contact.
